About the author

Chris is a lifelong Christian, but was “born again, again” in April of 2021 when he was led by the Holy Spirit to start living like a follower of Jesus.

Chris is a husband. He’s been married to his wife, Lupe, for decades. And he looks forward to spending the rest of his life with Lupe, whether it’s a single day or a half-century.

Chris is a father. He and Lupe have three adult daughters, two of whom are married. They’re a close family who love and cherish each other.

Chris is a grandfather to five beautiful grandchildren, all of whom are a blessing.

Chris is a software engineer and architect. Before starting his career, he worked in the mining industry, and before that, he was an award-winning brewmaster.

As a youth, Chris earned the rank of Eagle Scout in the Boy Scouts of America, and became a Vigil Honor member in the Order of the Arrow.

Chris grew up in Southern California. He lives in Kentucky with his wife, his youngest daughter, and their four dogs.
